The company was founded by Carlo who began her business in California, where she worked with movie studios, celebrities and entertainment companies. A few years ago the operations of Carlo were moved to Michigan where Carlo has established itself as Michigan’s premier boutique event planning company. Now from Michigan and Texas, Carlo continues to support a national clientele and has become known as a party expert and party writer.
